Design of Truck Cab Anti-theft Alarm System Based on Vehicle Body Controller

随着国内卡车保有量的增长,卡车防盗需求日益凸显。为了提升卡车驾驶室防盗的安全性,本文设计了一种以车身控制器为核心,结合电源挡位状态及门锁系统状态进行驾驶室防盗报警状态跳转的控制系统,并详细描述6种防盗报警状态及其跳转逻辑。经实车验证,该系统完全实现设计要求,可有效提升驾驶室安全性。

With growth of the possession quantity of trucks,the demand for truck anti-theft is increasingly prominent.In order to improve anti-theft security of the truck cab,this paper designs a control system that uses the body controller as the core,and combines the power gear state and the state of the door lock system to perform the cab anti-theft alarm status transition;Also describes 6 types of anti-theft alarm state and jump logic in detail.The actual vehicle verification shows that the system fully meets the design requirements and can effectively improve the safety of the cab.
