摘要
通过空气马达的原理及其特性分析,以空气马达为试验对象,设计开发一款基于LabVIEW虚拟平台的空气马达特性专用测试系统;该系统可实现对空气马达的转矩、转速、电信号、气压、输出功率、进气温度、轴承温度、振动、噪声等参数进行实时测试,并通过对标空气马达及电机等相关标准进行验证。基于空气马达驱动性能测试数据,研发人员可以快速设计和优化各种空气马达的控制算法。最终实验研究表明,该系统各项测试指标均符合标准,可为空气马达的设计及优化提供实验参考。
Based on the analysis of the principle and characteristics of air motor,this paper designs and develops a special testing system for air motor characteristics based on LabVIEW virtual platform.The system can realize real-time testing of parameters such as torque,rotation speed,electrical signal,air pressure,output power,air inlet temperature,bearing temperature,vibration,noise and the like of the air motor,and verify relevant standards such as standard air motor and motor.Based on the driving performance test data of air motors,researchers can quickly design and optimize various control algorithms of air motors.The final experimental research shows that all the test indexes of the system meet the standards,which can provide experimental reference for the design and optimization of air motors.
