摘要
采用振动压实法进行倒装结构级配碎石抗裂基层配合比设计,通过确定最佳含水率和最大干密度、固体体积率、CBR和抗压回弹模量的研究,分析级配碎石的力学性能和稳定性;结合实体工程,总结了级配碎石抗裂基层的施工技术经验,提出了施工过程中的机械配置和施工质量控制要点,并对试验段应用效果进行了跟踪观测。
The vibration compaction method has been used to design the mixture ratio of anti-crack base of inverted structure graded crushed stone,and the mechanical properties and stability of graded crushed stone have been analyzed by determining the optimal moisture content and the maximum dry density,solid volume rate,CBR and compressive resilience modulus.In this paper,the construction technology of crack resistant base course of graded macadam has been systematically studied,the key points of mechanical configuration and construction quality control in the construction process have been put forward,and the application effect of test section has been tracked and observed.The research results could promote the spread and application of the anti-crack base of the inverted structure graded macadam.
