摘要
针对长大隧道的热拌沥青混合料施工环境比较恶劣,温拌沥青混合料的应用是隧道铺面工程的一种有效解决方案。通过室内试验方法,选择2种温拌沥青混合料,与热拌沥青混合料进行主要的路用性能对比,收集混合料生产过程中的沥青烟进行浓度检测,最后通过质谱分析方法对沥青烟颗粒进行化学成分分析。结果表明,采用温拌技术在保证沥青混合料路用性能的同时,通过降低拌和温度可以有效减少沥青烟的生成量50%以上,从而减少沥青烟中对人体有害的气体浓度,有利于保障施工人员的身体健康与改善隧道内部的施工能见度。
By analyzing the construction temperature and construction gas emissions of the asphalt pavement construction environment of the long tunnel,it has been found that the application of warm-mixed asphalt is an effective solution for the pavement engineering of the long tunnel in recent years.In the laboratory test,two types of warm mix agent have been selected to produce warm mix asphalt,and the road performance of hot mix asphalt mixes has been compared with warm mix asphalt,the smoke emitted during the asphalt mixing process has been collected with its concentrationbeing tested.Finally,mass spectrometry has been used to analyze the composition of smoke particles of asphalt.The results have shown that under the premise of ensuring the road performance of the asphalt,the use of warm-mixed technology could effectively reduce the generation of asphalt smoke by reducing the mixing temperature,so that the harmful gas concentration in the asphalt smoke could be reduced,which is good for protecting the health of the construction workers and improving the construction environment inside the tunnel.
