摘要
为促进橡胶复合改性沥青在长大隧道等特殊场景的应用,制备温拌阻燃橡胶复合改性沥青。当温拌剂和阻燃剂在不同掺量下,通过氧指数和烟密度试验分析阻燃效果,通过黏度和压实特性分析温拌效果,研究温拌阻燃橡胶复合改性沥青混合料路用性能及工程应用效果。结果表明:在0%~6.5%范围内,增加阻燃剂掺量可增加橡胶复合改性沥青氧指数,减小烟密度,阻燃效果增强;在0%~3.5%范围内,增加温拌剂掺量可降低橡胶复合改性沥青黏度,减小空隙率,温拌效果增强;但温拌剂和阻燃剂有一定的相互抑制作用,掺量均不宜过高。当温拌剂掺量为3%、阻燃剂掺量为6%时,温拌阻燃橡胶复合改性沥青氧指数和烟密度满足规范要求,可降低施工温度约20℃,且温拌阻燃橡胶复合改性沥青及混合料性能较好,满足规范要求,工程应用效果良好。
In order to promote the application of rubber compound modified asphalt in special scenarios such as long tunnels,warm mixed flame retardant rubber compound modified asphalt has been prepared.When the temperature mixing agent and the flame retardant being mixed in different amounts,the flame retardant effect has been studied through the oxygen index and smoke density test,the temperature mixing effect has been studied through the viscosity and compaction characteristics,and the performance and engineering application effectof temperature-mixed flame retardant rubber compound modified asphalt mixture road has also been studied.The results have shown that:in the range of 0~6.5%,increasing the amount of flame retardant can increase the oxygen index of the rubber compound modified asphalt,reduce the smoke density,and enhance the flame retardant effect;in the range of 0~3.5%,increase the mixing of warm mix The amount can reduce the viscosity of the rubber compound modified asphalt,reduce the void ratio,and enhance the warm mixing effect;but the warm mixing agent and the flame retardant have a certain mutual inhibition effect,and the mixing amount should not be too high.When the amount of warm mix is 3%and the amount of flame retardant is 6%,the oxygen index and smoke density of warm-mixed flame-retardant rubber compound modified asphalt meet the requirements of the specification,which can reduce the construction temperature by about 20℃and the temperature resistance The rubber-modified asphalt and the mixture have good performance,could meet the specifications and have good engineering application effects.
