摘要
采用计算机仿真分析方法,对某桥梁桥侧护栏进行优化设计,并对改进后的护栏进行安全性和经济性评价。原护栏设计采用的坡面为加强型标准坡面形式,通过碰撞试验可知原设计符合SS级标准,但是原结构的设计与已有的研究结构比较过于保守。尽管原设计护栏满足安全要求,但不符合经济性的要求,因此按照等强度原则对原护栏配筋方案进行优化设计。通过仿真实验得出:优化后护栏在减少配筋量的同时,依然能够满足碰撞等级SS级(520kJ)的安全要求,可产生良好的经济效益。
In this paper computer simulation technology has been adopted to optimize a bridge barrier design,with the safety performance and economic being evaluated.The standard reinforced slope shape has been applied in the original design,and the barriers could meet the SS level requirements.However,the original design has been overdesigned and wasted too much steel which could not meet the economic principle.According to the equal strength principles,the bridge barrier has been redesigned and the safety performance has been checked by computer simulation.As the result,it has shown that the optimal redesign could achieve the target SS level(520kJ)and obtain significant economic benefit.
