摘要
通过对实验室普通载玻片进行表面改性,使其表面性质完成由亲水性向疏水性转变,从而使得后续利用软光刻技术所制得的微流控芯片内部流道具有疏水性能。同时分析了玻片改性可能存在的化学过程原理。并通过实验验证了这一表面改性用于微流控芯片微滴生成的可行性及其微滴生成大小、均一性等性能,促进了微滴式微流控芯片用于d-PCR技术开发的应用。
By modifying the surface of the ordinary glass slides,the surface properties are changed from hydrophilic to hydrophobic,so that the internal flow channels of the microfluidic chip prepared by the subsequent soft lithography technology have hydrophobic properties.The chemical process principles that may exist in the modification of slides are analyzed.The feasibility of this surface modification for droplet generation of microfluidic chips and the uniformity of droplet formation are verified by experiments,which promotes the application of microfluidic chips for d-PCR technology development.
