水热法制备单分散羧基化胶体碳纳米颗粒

摘要 利用一步水热法可控制备单分散羧基化胶体碳纳米颗粒。通过调节葡萄糖酸钠含量、原料葡萄糖含量和反应温度,得到2种粒径分别为81 nm和169 nm,羧基含量分别为7.2 mmol/g和0.56 mmol/g的单分散羧基化胶体碳纳米颗粒。功能性分子葡萄糖酸盐的加入,实现了胶体碳功能化修饰的目的,使颗粒表面具备丰富羧基反应基团,展现良好的生物相容性和反应活性。颗粒粒径大小可控,羧基含量可调,整个制备过程简单、绿色和可控,具有广阔的应用前景。 The one-step hydrothermal method can be used to control the preparation of monodisperse carboxylated colloidal carbon nanoparticles.By adjusting the sodium gluconate content,raw material glucose content and reaction temperature,two kinds of monodisperse carboxylated colloidal carbon nanoparticles with particle sizes of 81 nm and 169 nm and carboxyl content of 7.2 mmol/g and 0.56 mmol/g,respectively,were obtained.The addition of functional molecule gluconate achieves the purpose of functional modification of colloidal carbon,which makes the surface of the particles rich in carboxyl reactive groups and exhibits good biocompatibility and reactivity.Moreover,the particle size of the particles is controllable,the content of carboxyl groups is adjustable,the whole preparation process is simple,green and controllable,and has broad application prospects.
