摘要
锂藻土经常作为触变剂与其他流变助剂一起应用于水性涂料中,因此考察其他流变助剂与锂藻土纳米片层之间的相互作用,及其对锂藻土悬浮液流变行为的影响非常重要。本工作以常用的增稠流变助剂羟乙基纤维素(HEC)作为研究对象,采用振荡剪切流变学方法研究了HEC-锂藻土复合体系的流变行为及HEC对锂藻土凝胶化进程的影响。结果表明,HEC的引入将使得锂藻土悬浮液的凝胶化时间提前,并使得复合体系的整体粘度增大;当HEC浓度达到一定时,复合体系将产生絮凝,使得整体粘度下降。
Hectorite clay is often,together with other macromolecule rheology modifiers,used as thixotropy agent to adjust the rheology properties of products in industry field.It is important to examine the interaction between other macromolecule rheology modifiers and hectorite nanoscale twins,as well as its influence on rheology behavior of suspension liquid.Using oscillatory shearing rheology test method,the sol-gel transition behaviors of HEC-RD hectorite aqueous suspensions were investigate.The results showed that the introduction of HEC made fast sol-gel transition speed for HEC-RD aqueous composite suspensions,and increased the viscosity of HEC-hectorite composite system;However,when the concentration of HEC reached the peak,flocculation would be formed in the sample,which leaded to a down shift of viscosity curves.
