工匠精神在我国从制造大国向制造强国的转变中起到重要作用,职业院校肩负着培养学生工匠精神的历史使命。德国制造业依旧是践行工匠精神的典范,这与德国“双元制”是密不可分的。文章分析“双元制”对培养工匠精神的作用并对“双元制”本土化模式中高职生工匠精神培养进行了实践探索。

Craftsman spirit plays an important role in China's transformation from a manufacturer of quantity to one of quality.Vocational colleges shoulder the historical mission of cultivating students'craftsman spirit.German manufacturing industry is still a model of craftsmanship,which is inseparable from its"dual system".This paper analyzes the role of"dual system"in the cultivation of craftsman spirit and explores the cultivation of craftsman spirit of higher vocational college students in the localized mode of"dual system".
