共产国际确定上海为中国共产党建党首选之地的原因探析

A Survey of the Reasons for the Communist International’s Selection of Shanghai as the First Choice for the Founding of the CPC

随着档案材料的开放和相关研究的推进,可以更清晰地看到,共产国际是如何选择上海为帮助创建中国共产党首选地的:上海是中国最大的工业中心和无产阶级集中地;是帝国主义对华进行侵略和剥削中国人民的基地,蕴藏着巨大的反对帝国主义热情;有许多"站在社会主义者这边的团体";有当时中国最适于进行革命活动的环境;是中国社会主义者的活动中心,具备中国其他城市所没有的宣传科学社会主义理论的条件,可以公开从事宣传活动;有共产国际代表据以立足的机构和为俄国革命工作的俄侨。

With the opening of archival materials and the progress of related researches,we can see more clearly why the Communist International chose Shanghai as the preferred location to assist the founding of the CPC:it was the largest industrial center and the headquarters of the proletariat in China;it was an imperialist base for the invasion of China and the exploitation of the Chinese people,which were imbued with great anti-imperialist enthusiasm;Shanghai witnessed many groups who“stood on the socialist side”and boasted of an environment most suitable for revolutionary activities in China at that time;it was the center of Chinese socialist activities and offered the conditions for publicizing the theory of scientific socialism which were not found in other cities in China,where promotion activities can be carried out openly;there were the institutions on which representatives of the Communist International were based and Russian expatriates who worked for the Russian Revolution.
