摘要
《葡萄酒品鉴》是一门实践性很强而且文化底蕴深厚的课程,需要大量的历史地理背景基础,以及产区种植酿造的理论知识。本项目基于雨课堂智慧教学工具进行了混合式教学模式的设计与实践,利用雨课堂为学生提供了丰富的学习资源与个性化的学习时间与空间,学生通过课下的自主学习,在课堂上有更多的时间和机会参与互动,加上课堂实时评估学生的学习效果,智慧教学工具对葡萄酒品鉴课的教学起到了非常积极的推动和促进作用。
Wine Appreciation is a practical course with profound cultural deposits,which requires a lot of historical and geographical background as well as theoretical knowledge of planting and brewing in producing areas.This project in the paper is based on the rain classroom-wisdom teaching tool for the design of the hybrid teaching mode and practice,uses the abundant learning resources and personalized learning space and time.The students can autonomously learn after class,and students have more time and opportunity in the classto interact,coupled with the effect of classroom real-time evaluation of student learning,wisdom teaching tool for wine tasting classes teaching has played a very positive role in promoting and pushing.
