糖尿病和心力衰竭是现代社会的常见病,尤其在人口老龄化严重的中国更是如此。大量研究已证实,糖尿病与心血管疾病有关,但它与心力衰竭的关系一直无法确认。糖尿病与心力衰竭之间的关系会影响临床诊疗决策,提示疾病的预后。如今,越来越多的研究关注到糖尿病患者心力衰竭的发生风险。现综述近几年来聚焦于“糖尿病与心力衰竭”之间关系的研究,旨在为糖尿病和心力衰竭的诊疗提供一些参考。

Diabetes and heart failure are common diseases in modern society,especially in China,where the population is severely aging.Numerous studies have confirmed that diabetes is related to cardiovascular disease,but it’s relationship with heart failure has not been confirmed yet.The relationship between diabetes and heart failure will influence clinical decisions,suggesting the prognosis of the disease.Nowadays,more and more studies focus on the risk of heart failure in patients with diabetes.This article mainly reviews the research focusing on the relationship between“diabetes and heart failure”in recent years,and aims to provide some references for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes and heart failure.
