心房颤动导管消融相关心房食管瘘的研究进展

Atrioesophageal Fistula Associated with Catheter Ablation of Atrial Fibrillation

射频导管消融术和冷冻消融术是目前治疗心房颤动的重要手段。手术相关的心房食管瘘是最严重的并发症之一。该并发症发病隐匿,诊断困难,早期发现、诊断和治疗是改善预后的关键。现对消融手术相关的心房食管瘘的发病率、病理生理学、临床特点、诊断及鉴别诊断、损伤预防和损伤治疗进行综述。

Radiofrequency catheter ablation and cryoablation are important methods in the treatment of atrial fibrillation.Surgically related atrioesophageal fistula is one of the most serious complications.This complication is latent and difficult to diagnosis.Early detection,diagnosis and treatment are key to improve prognosis.This article reviews the prevalence,pathophysiology,clinical features,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,injury prevention and treatment of atrial esophageal fistula related to ablative surgery.
