细胞焦亡在心血管疾病中的作用进展 被引量:4

摘要 细胞焦亡是一种新近发现的、依赖炎性半胱天冬酶-1/4/5/11的程序性细胞死亡方式,主要通过gasdermin D蛋白的活化,介导细胞膜形成孔洞直至细胞溶解的过程,并伴随有大量细胞内容物的释放,其中包括促炎因子白介素-1β和白介素-18等。近来研究表明,细胞焦亡在心血管疾病的病理生理过程中发挥着重要作用。现总结细胞焦亡在心血管疾病中的作用及最新研究进展,或许可为心血管疾病的防治提供新的靶点和思路。 Pyroptosis is a new-found programmed cell death that depends on inflammatory caspase-1/4/5/11.Through the activation of gasdermin-D protein,it mediates the formation of cell membrane pores until the cytolysis occurs.This process is accompanied by the release of a large number of cellular contents,including the pro-inflammatory factors interleukin 1βand interleukin 18.Recent studies have shown that pyroptosis plays an important role in the pathophysiology of cardiovascular disease.To investigate the role of pyroptosis in cardiovascular disease and the latest research progress may provide new targets and ideas for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease.
