生长分化因子-15在心房颤动中的研究及应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 生长分化因子-15作为心血管疾病的新型生物标志物,在心血管疾病诊断、进展和预后中发挥重要预测价值。目前发现生长分化因子-15与心房颤动的发生、血栓形成、出血风险和预后相关,被认为是心房颤动的新型标志物。现就生长分化因子-15在心房颤动中的研究及应用进展做一综述。 Growth differentiation factor-15,as a novel biomarker of cardiovascular diseases,plays key roles in predicting the diagnosis,development and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases.Growth differentiation factor-15 has been found to be related to the occurrence,thrombosis,bleeding risk and prognosis of atrial fibrillation,and is expected to be a new biomarker of atrial fibrillation.In this review,we will discuss the research and application of growth differentiation factor-15 in atrial fibrillation.
