摘要
解析几何指借助笛卡尔坐标系,利用解析式来研究几何对象之间的关系和性质的一门学科.以心电图中同一次心搏的PR间期与RP间期为横纵坐标进行描点,所有点拟合成的函数曲线为f(Ptn)=RPn;以RP间期及其后一次的PR间期为横纵坐标进行描点,所有点拟合成的函数曲线为f(RPn)=PRn+1.将二者放入同一个平面直角坐标系中,房室传导阻滞数学模型得以建立.通过对函数曲线性质的研究,我们尝试从解析几何角度再认识二度Ⅰ型房室传导阻滞的相关电生理特征.
Analytic geometry refers to the study of the relations and properties of geometric objects by cartesian coordinate system.The PR interval and RP interval of the same cardiac beat in the ECG were used as the horizontal and vertical coordinates to trace the points and the function curve synthesized by all points was f(PR,)=RP.The RP interval and the subsequent PR interval were used as the same method to trace the points and the function curve defined as f(RP.)=PRr1.The mathematical model of atrioventricular block was established by placing the two curve in one plane rectangular coordinate system.By studying the properties of function curves,we try to understand the electrophysiological characteristics of second degree type Ⅰ atrioventricular block from the perspective of analytic geometry.
