Research progress of wearable electrocardiographic monitoring devices

可穿戴心电监护作为一种新的医疗模式,正在逐渐被越来越多的群体关注,并用于心血管疾病的监测.随着技术发展,患者得以在家中获取心血管事件的早期监测,及时对症状进行评估,并协助心律失常的诊断及解决紧急医疗事件.本文就可穿戴心电监护设备在心血管领域的应用及最新进展作一综述,并讨论了当前技术所面临的挑战.

As a new medical model,wearable electrocardiographic monitoring is gradually being concerned by the more and more people and used for cardiovascular disease monitoring.With the development of technology,the patients can get early monitoring of cardiovascular events at home,evaluating symptoms in time and assisting in the diagnosis of arrhythmia and solving emergency medical events.In this paper,the application and the latest progress of wearable monitoring in cardiovascular field are reviewed and the challenges of current technology are discussed.
