摘要
以湖南省中部地区某县的乡村小学科学教师为样本,通过问卷调查,了解他们的基本情况、专业知识、专业技能、专业情意等,找出其专业素养不强的原因,进而对农村小学科学教师队伍的专业成长提出对策和建议:建立科学、合理、完善的评价体系为科学教师的专业成长指明方向,以科学教师流水授课为“突破口”,并提供好人力保障、制度保障、物质保障和环境保障等,农村小学科学教师队伍专业素养的提升才有希望。
The paper,through a questionnaire-based survey of science teachers in a rural primary school in central Hunan,learns about their basic information,expertise,skills,and affection and finds out reasons for their lack of professionalism,so as to put forward measures for improving their professional development.The measures include,first of all,establishing a reasonable,comprehensive,and science-based evaluation system that can guide them to grow professionally.At the same time,supports in manpower,policies,materials,and environment should also be guaranteed.In this way,science teachers in rural primary schools can enhance their professional qualities.
