高职护生生命伦理教育困境与对策探讨

Study on Dilemma and Countermeasures to Bioethics Education for Higher Vocational Nursing Students

随着医学的发展和人们健康需求的提高,护理职业中涌现出一系列新的生命伦理问题。由此,高职护生生命伦理教育非常重要,但目前存在教育效度和力度不足的问题。为此,本文提出将生命伦理教育融入专业课程和思政教育、构建多学科交融的生命伦理教学团队以及珍爱生命的校园文化环境等应对策略,以期提升高职护生的生命伦理观和职业素养。

With the development of medicine and the improvement of people s health needs,a series of new bioethics problems have emerged in nursing profession education.Therefore,the bioethics education for higher vocational nursing students is of vital importance,but the educational validity and strength are insufficient at present.To address the problems,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures,such as integrating bioethics education into professional courses and ideological and political education,constructing multidisciplinary bioethics teaching team and creating an atmosphere in campus that cherishes life,so as to develop the bioethics and professional quality of higher vocational nursing students.
