瑞士建筑能效与产能房调研分析思考

摘要 通过赴瑞士进行实地调研,学习当地建筑能效认证制度、可再生能源应用技术、产能建筑应用技术及相关产品、材料的实验过程。深深感到我国在太阳能光伏发电新产品新材料研发、建筑气密性施工工艺、能源监测展示平台建设等方面仍存在较大差距。深深体会到应该仔细研究如何以老百姓喜闻乐见的方式开展建筑节能工作,提高老百姓获得感、幸福感,真正实现将建筑节能从"要我做"到"我要做"的转变。在此基础上,提出了我国建筑节能工作可持续发展的思考与建议。 Through on-site investigations in Switzerland, we have learned local building energy efficiency certification, renewable energy applications, plus energy buildings and related products and materials. I deeply feel that there are still large gaps in terms of new solar photovoltaic power generation products, new materials, building air-tightness construction technology, and energy monitoring platform construction. I deeply realize that we should carefully study how to carry out building energy efficiency work in a way that people like to see, improve people’s sense of gain and happiness, and truly realize the transformation of building energy efficiency from "Need I do it" to "I need do it." On this basis, thinking and recommendation for the sustainable development of our country’s building energy work are put forward.
