浅谈光伏电场建设期的生态环境保护

Ecological Environmental Protection in the Construction Period of Photovoltaic Electric Field

如今全球变暖,化石能源不断缩减,太阳能却取之不尽用之不竭。作为新的清洁能源,世界各国都在大力发展光伏发电[1],但光伏电场在建设过程中,由于破坏地表土层、甚至需要破坏植被,对当地生态环境造成一定的影响,本文通过对建设期容易造成当地环境破坏的原因进行分析,采取一系列措施恢复光伏电场的生态环境,进而取得经济效益、环境效益、社会效益三赢的局面[2]。

Nowadays witnesses the global warming and fossil energy shrinking. However the solar energy is inexhaustible. As a new and clean energy, countries around the world are vigorously developing photovoltaic power generation[1],but during the construction of photovoltaic electric fields, the damage to the surface soil layer and even more to vegetation, cause some injury to the local ecological environment. This article analyzes the reasons that are likely to cause local environmental damage during the construction period, and adopts a series of measures to restore the ecological environment of the photovoltaic field, then a triple-win situation in economic, environmental and social benefits will be achieved[2].
