摘要
近年来,BIM(Building Information Model)技术在我国工程项目中得到大规模推广应用,利用BIM技术解决CAD数据传输丢失率高、协同性差等缺点显得尤为重要。针对建筑项目的结构复杂性,导致设计人员的设计意图不能完全传递给施工单位和运营管理部门的问题,本文深入研究建筑信息模型(BIM)后,运用BIM的三维建模,可视化分析,协同设计有效提高了项目设计的效率以及数据的准确性,解决了传统CAD设计协调性差,数据信息传递错误率高以及可施工性差等缺点,为拓宽BIM在中国建筑业更广泛深入的应用提供重要参考价值。
In recent years, BIM(Building Information Model) technology has been widely applied in China’s engineering projects, which is particularly important to solve the shortcomings of high transmission loss and poor coordination of CAD data. The structural complexity of the construction project often triggered the design intention of the designer cannot be completely transmitted to the construction unit and the operation management department. After the in-depth study of the building information model(BIM), this article uses 3 D modeling, visual analysis and collaboration of BIM to effectively improve the efficiency of project design and the data accuracy, and solves the disadvantages such as poor coordination of traditional CAD design, high error rate of data information transmission and poor constructability, which could provide important references for broadening the wider and deeper application of BIM in China’s construction industry.
