国内电厂技术监督管理传统管理模式存在技术监督管理流程不科学、技术档案不全面、不可追溯等问题,难以实现全方位、全过程的技术监督管理的问题,基于“互联网+”技术监督管理平台成为电厂生产管理的一个有效抓手。本文介绍了一套风电技术监督管理信息系统,本系统有助于集团公司内风电场设备实现实时、动态、精确化管理,并对设备维护状况及技术监督工作开展情况实施报送、检查、反馈,实现集团公司技术监督工作管理信息化、标准化、规范化的要求。

There are some problems in the traditional management mode of Technical Supervision in domestic power plants,such as technical supervision and management being mere formality,unscientific management process,incomplete technical archives and traceability.It is difficult to realize all-round and whole-process technical supervision and management.Based on the"Internet+"technology supervision and management platform has become an effective starting point for power plant production management.This paper introduces a set of wind power technical supervision management system.This system helps to improve real-time,dynamic and accurate management of wind farm equipment in the group company.It also reports,inspects and feedback the maintenance status of equipment and the development of technical supervision,so as to realize the requirements of informationization,standardization and standardization of the management of technical supervision in the group company.
