摘要
本文结合国外海上风电单桩基础内腐蚀情况的报道,以及国内海上风电单桩内有毒气体检测、抽水后复测对比分析、防腐检查的现场研究,指出:及时进行单桩内防腐、防毒检查,清理生物降解、微生物腐烂的源头,消除有毒气体对人员和设备的毒害,及时发现和修补工程期间由于吊装运输、沉桩磨损导致的单桩涂层损伤,是保证风机基础25年使用寿命的有效途径。并得出结论:将单桩内海水抽干排尽,是个最简单可行、经济实用的防腐、防毒措施,可以有效降低单桩内的有毒、易燃气体,保证人员、设备安全。
In this paper,the authors study on the toxic gas detection,comparative analysis of retest after pumping,anti-corrosion inspection inside mono piles in the offshore wind farm,Combined with foreign reports of Corrosion condition inside mono pile foundation in offshore wind power plant,and points out:It is an effective way to do such as carrying out inspection of anti-corrosion and anti-virus in mono pile in time,removing up the source of biodegradation and microbial decay,eliminating toxic gas to personnel and equipment,discovering and repair the coating damage of mono pile caused by hoisting transportation and pile sinking wear during the project in time in order to effectively guarantee the 25 year service life of offshore windfoundation.And draw a conclusion that it is the simplest,economic and practical anti-corrosion and anti-virus measure to drain the sea water fromthemono pile foundation,which can effectively reduce the toxic and flammable gas in mono piles,and ensure the safety of personnel and equipment in the offshore wind plant.
