摘要
0引言我国低风速资源非常丰富,全国范围内可利用的低风速资源面积约占全国风能资源区的68%,且均接近电网负荷中心。早些年,我国大规模开发利用的风电项目主要集中在风能资源丰富的“三北”和东南沿海等较高风速区,这些地区的大规模开发支撑了中国风电的爆发式增长。但伴随着爆发式增长,这类较高风速地区电网接纳能力普遍不足、“弃风限电”逐年加重等问题日益凸显,且短期内难以从根本上解决。到2013年时,全国风电平均弃风率已达10%。
China is rich in low speed wind resources.In the past few years,with the deterioration of the problem of wind curtailment in northern China,wind power in low wind speed areas has become a focus.The technological progress is rapid,and the understanding and developable boundary of low speed wind power of the industry are both expanding.Based on the practical experience of Longyuan Power Company,this paper summarizes some experiences and problems should be taken note of in developing low wind speed wind farms.
