产业转型升级与新型城镇化建设的时空耦合效应机理与实证研究

The Mechanism and Empirical Study of Time-space Coupling Effect of Industrial Transformation and Upgrading and New Urbanization Construction

产业转型升级和新型城镇化建设的高度耦合、协调发展是推动我国实现高质量发展、全面建成小康社会的必然需求。本文在深入剖析产业转型升级与新型城镇化建设耦合效应机理的基础上,建立了产业转型升级与新型城镇化的评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型对我国31个省份的产业转型升级和新型城镇化的耦合协调度进行了实证分析。结果表明:从时间上看,我国产业转型升级与新型城镇化水平不断上升,新型城镇化发展速度快于产业转型升级速度,耦合协调度由初级耦合协调阶段发展为中级耦合协调阶段;从空间上看,我国不同地区的产业转型升级与新型城镇化建设的耦合协调度存在较大差异,北京、上海处于优质耦合协调阶段,天津处于良好耦合协调阶段,广西、云南处于初级耦合协调阶段,其余省份处于中级耦合协调阶段。

The highly coupling and coordinated development of industrial transformation and upgrading and the construction of new urbanization is an inevitable need to promote China’s high-quality development and build a well-off society in an all-round way.Based on the in-depth analysis of the coupling effect mechanism of industrial transformation and upgrading and new urbanization construction,the evaluation index system of industrial transformation and upgrading and new urbanization is established.The coupling coordination degree model is used to analyze the coupling coordination degree of industrial transformation and upgrading and new urbanization in 31 provinces of China.The results show that:in terms of time,China’s industrial transformation and upgrading and the level of new urbanization continue to rise,the development speed of new urbanization is faster than that of industrial transformation and upgrading,and the coupling coordination degree develops from the primary coupling coordination stage to the intermediate coupling coordination stage.In terms of space,the coupling coordination degree of industrial transformation and upgrading and new urbanization construction in different regions of China is quite poor different,Beijing and Shanghai are in the stage of high-quality coupling and coordination,Tianjin is in the stage of good coupling and coordination,Guangxi and Yunnan are in the stage of primary coupling and coordination,and other provinces are in the stage of intermediate coupling and coordination.
