The Innovation of Mental Health Education Model in Colleges

心理健康教育是高校人才培养体系的重要组成部分,肩负着“立德树人”的使命。随着高等教育对象、教育载体的变化,心理健康教育的改革与创新势在必行。改革从课程体系设置、翻转式课堂实施、打造实验实训平台及课程思政建设等四个方面进行,通过线上+线下相结合的形式将网络平台与地面辅导进行了有机的融合与衔接。

Mental health education is an important part of the talent training system in colleges,which shoulders the mission of“cultivating people by virtue”.With changes of the object and the carrier of higher education,the reform and innovation of mental health education is imperative.The reform has been carried out from four aspects:curriculum system setting,flipped classroom implementation,building experimental training platform and curriculum ideological and political construction.Through online-offline combination,the network platform and ground guidance have been organically integrated and connected.
