摘要
广西壮族自治区是我国唯一与东盟海陆相连的省份。“一带一路”倡议的实施为广西高校外语教育带来新的挑战,语种设置不够全面、“语言+专业”复合型外语人才培养数量较少且质量不高、外语教育中本土文化较为缺失,使其难以满足服务“一带一路”建设的需求。外语教育本质上是一种跨文化教育。广西高校外语教育规划不能仅停留在语言沟通层面,而应立足于语言文化的高度,着力构建语言文化共同体。要本着“扩大规模、提升内涵、打造特色”的目标,对广西高校外语教育进行合理规划,充分发挥外语教育的实用工具价值与人文价值,重构外语教育理论体系、科学规划外语语种设置、创新复合型人才培养路径、实施跨文化教育,以完成“一带一路”的“铺路”使命,并开创广西高校外语教育的新格局。
Guangxi is the only province in China that connects with the sea and land of ASEAN countries.The implementation of the“Belt and Road”initiative brings new challenges to foreign language education in Guangxi colleges and universities.Problems include the language variety teaching being not comprehensive enough,the number and quality of the“language specialty”professional training being limited,and absence of local culture in foreign language education,which make it difficult to meet the demand for the construction of“Belt and Road”initiative.Foreign language education is a kind of cross-cultural education in nature.The planning of foreign language education in Guangxi universities should not only remain on the level of language communication,but also be positioned on language culture and focus on constructing the community of language and culture.In order to attain the goal of“expanding scale,enhancing content and creating specialties”,it is necessary to make rational planning for foreign language education in Guangxi colleges and universities,so as to start new pattern in foreign language education in Guangxi colleges and universities.
