基于SP调查的乘客站点等待时间意愿研究

摘要 研究公交站点乘客等待行为,可了解乘客对于站点公交不准点的心理承受范围和意愿,用于站点时刻表的设计和智能公交调度.通过不同出行目的下的SP问卷调查,得到济南市的样本数据491份.公交延迟到达站点的样本数据分析发现乘客对于公交的延误平均可忍受的等待时间为4.62 min.对年龄、性别、职业、月收入、上下班时间是否固定等影响因素进行敏感性分析,发现这些影响因素对站点乘客的等待时间没有显著差异.通过对不同出行时段和出行目的的分析发现,不同的出行目的下早高峰、晚高峰、平峰和周末乘客的等待时间差异比较大,公交调度应该在不同时段采取不同的策略.对于公交车提前到达公交站点时间的调研分析发现,80%左右的乘客希望公交仍按照原时刻表发车.基于以上分析总结出了不同可接受度的公交延误范围,以用于公交调度的范围参考. Studying the waiting behavior of passengers at a bus station can help to understand the range and willingness of passengers to bear the bus’s inaccuracy at the station,which is used for the design of the station schedule and intelligent bus scheduling.Through SP questionnaire surveys under different travel purposes,491 samples of Jinan City were obtained.Analysis of the survey data of the bus arriving at the station lately found that the average tolerable waiting time of the passengers for the bus delay is 4.62 minutes.Sensitivity analysis was conducted on the influencing factors such as age,gender,occupation,monthly income,and whether commuting hours are.It was found that these influencing factors did not significantly affect the waiting time of passengers at the station.Through the analysis of different travel time and travel purpose,it is found that the difference in the waiting time of passengers in the morning peak,evening peak,flat peak and weekend under different travel purposes is relatively large,and bus scheduling should adopt different strategies at different times.The investigation and analysis of the time when the bus arrives at the bus station in advance found that about 80%of the passengers hope that the bus will still depart according to the original timetable.Based on the above analysis,the range of bus delays with different degrees of acceptability is summarized and used as a reference for the range of bus dispatching.
