摘要 为科学评价高速公路交通事件下管控方案执行效果,提升高速公路畅通水平,采用PARAMICS微观仿真软件,建立了高速公路交通管控方案评价模型.以重庆至南川区域高速公路网为例,对高速公路大流量、突发事件和恶劣天气3种情景进行了多管控方案评价模拟,采取平均车速、平均行程时间、总延误时间、最大排队长度作为评价指标对管控方案进行了评价.仿真结果表明:高速公路突发交通事件下为尽快疏导交通,应优先采用“远端分流、近端限流”的管控策略. In order to evaluate the implementation effect of highway traffic control scheme and improve highway traffic operations,an evaluation model of highway traffic control scheme is established by using PARAMICS simulation software.Taking the highway network from Chongqing to Nanchuan as an example,this paper simulates three scenarios of highway traffic flow,severe weather and emergencies,and evaluates the management and control plan by taking the average speed,average travel time,total delay time and maximum queue length as evaluation indexes.The results show that in order to divert traffic as soon as possible,priority management and control strategy of“remote diversion and near-end current restriction”should be used.
