大型文化旅游综合项目交通功能优化实践——以淄博华侨城为例

Practice of Optimizing Transportation Function of Large-Scale Cultural Tourism Comprehensive Project——Take Zibo Overseas Chinese Town as an Example

交通作为影响文旅综合类项目开发成败的关键因素,但因项目用地多样性、客流特征复杂性、游乐设施的特殊性,使得交通功能提升需从规划层面整体全方位研究.以淄博华侨城为例,分别从客流腹地交通可达性分析、外部交通功能优化、内部交通设施布局、路段及交叉口交通组织优化等宏微观角度入手,全面考量项目特征及交通资源,提出交通设施布局与交通组织优化建议,以期为此类项目的交通功能优化提升提供新的思考和借鉴.

Large scale cultural tourism comprehensive projects have become an upsurge of urban commercial development mode because it can not only meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of residents,but also bring huge social and economic benefits.Transportation is the key factor that affects the success or failure of the development of cultural and tourism integrated projects.However,due to the diversity of project land,the complexity of passenger flow characteristics,and the particularity of amusement facilities,the improvement of transportation function needs to be studied comprehensively at the planning level.Taking Zibo Overseas Chinese Town as an example,this paper analyzes passenger flow,external traffic function optimization,internal traffic facility layout,road section and intersection traffic organization optimization,and puts forward suggestions for transportation facility layout and traffic organization optimization.It provides new thinking and reference for optimizing and improving the transportation function of such projects.
