摘要
通过对相关文献进行梳理探究,从禁灸部位、禁灸病候、气候环境、机体状态等四方面总结古今灸法禁忌的认知差异,探析禁忌原因,并从施灸顺序、灸量、灸法调护等三方面总结古今灸法的注意事项,提出灸疗时应因人而异,灵活施治。
Through combing and exploring the relevant literature,this paper sums up the cognitive differences between ancient and modern moxibustion contraindications from the aspects of moxibustion-prohibited parts,moxibustion-prohibited symptoms,climate environment and organism status,analyzes the reasons for contraindications,sums up the precautions of ancient and modern moxibustion from three aspects of moxibustion sequence,moxibustion quantity and moxibustion regulation and nursing,and proposes that moxibustion should be treated flexibly according to different people.
