肌少-骨质疏松症中医病机及防治思路初探

Chinese medicine pathogenesis along with prevention and treatment thinking for sarco-osteopenia

通过对中医古籍及现代研究文献的发掘与整理,对肌少-骨质疏松症的中医病名、病因病机进行分析,提出本病治疗当以温补为要,脾肾同调,尤重脾胃,以攻邪为次。并强调预防调护对正气的重要性,提出未病当以预防为主,重视中年摄生,以培元固本;已病则以综合调治为要,适度锻炼,饮食有节,起居有常,并辅以中医特色治疗。为肌少-骨质疏松症的中医治疗及预防提供新的思路。

Through escavation and collation of the ancient Chinese medicine books and modern research literature,this paper analyses the Chinese medicine disease name,etiology and pathogenesis of sarco-osteopenia,puts forward that the treatment of this disease should take warming and reinforcing as the key,simultaneous regulating spleen and kidney,especially focus on spleen and stomach,and take the attack of pathogenic factors as secondary importance.It also emphasizes the importance of prevention and nursing for healthy qi,and puts forward that prevention should be the main way to prevent the disease before its onset,middle-aged health cultivation should be emphasized,to bank up primordial qi and consolidate vital base;comprehensive recuperative medical care should be taken as the main way to treat the disease after its onset,moderate exercise should be taken,diet should be proper,daily life should be regular,and treatment should be supplemented with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.It provides a new thinking for Chinese medicine treatment and prevention of sarco-osteoporosis.
