针刺治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究进展

Acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

查阅近5年针刺治疗膝骨关节炎的文献,从传统针刺疗法、其他针刺疗法及针刺结合其他疗法等3个方面将近几年针刺治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究进行总结,发现目前的研究存在疗效评价标准不统一、样本量小、分组粗糙、跟踪报道缺失等问题。在今后的研究中应注意以上问题,以便更加具体地体现针刺的优势,提高临床疗效。

By consulting the literature in the past five years,this paper summarizes the clinical research of acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA)in recent years from 3 aspects:traditional acupuncture treatment,o ther acupuncture treatment,acupuncture combined with other therapies.It is found that there exist some problems in the present study such as the non-unified efficacy evaluation standards,small sample size,rough grouping and lack of follow-up reports.In future research,attention should be paid to the treatment of the above problems so as to more specifically reflect the advantages of acupuncture,and improve the clinical efficacy.
