基于双质量水平的供应链动态时滞模型研究

摘要 将产品的质量水平与零售商的服务质量水平联合引入以制造商为主导的单渠道供应链中,分别研究了静态供应链的协调以及最优决策问题和动态时滞模型的系统稳定性问题。在静态单周期情况下,分别讨论了集中式与分散式的最优决策;在动态情况下,以定价延迟期为分岔参数,通过分析特征方程根的分布情况,讨论了模型在正平衡点处的局部渐进稳定情况和Hopf分岔存在的充分条件,分析了时滞参数对系统稳定性的影响。研究表明:静态单周期时,集中式决策下的最优质量水平与最优利润均大于分散式决策下的最优质量水平与最优利润;动态情形下,当满足一定条件时系统渐进稳定,当质量水平延迟超过某个阈值,会导致系统失衡。 The optimal decision problem of the static single-period game model and the system stability problem of the dynamic multi-period time-delay model are studied by introducing the product quality level and the retailer's service quality level into the manufacturer-led single-channel supply chain.In the case of static single period,the centralized and decentralized optimal decisions are discussed respectively.In the case of dynamic multi-period,the pricing delay period is taken as the bifurcation parameter.By analyzing the distribution of the roots of the characteristic equation,the local asymptotic stability of the model at the positive equilibrium point and sufficient conditions for the existence of Hopf bifurcation are discussed,and the influence of time delay parameters on the system stability is analyzed.The results show that both the optimal quality level and the optimal profit under the centralized decision-making are greater than the optimal quality level and the optimal profit under the decentralized decision-making in the static single-period.In the case of dynamic multi-period,the system is asymptotically stable when certain conditions are met,and the system will be out of balance when the quality level delay exceeds a certain threshold.
