大气中硫化氢对钢材腐蚀影响与防护 被引量:7

摘要 金属设备,尤其是钢材,在含湿硫化氢环境中使用时腐蚀较为严重。硫化氢不仅可以腐蚀材料表面,还能促使钢材内部结构改变,使其性能下降,从而造成重大的经济损失以及人身安全事故,因此,硫化氢对钢材腐蚀的研究较为广泛。从硫化氢对钢材的腐蚀类型、腐蚀机理、影响硫化氢腐蚀的主要因素三个方面进行简单概述,并对硫化氢环境中服役的钢质设备提出合理的防护措施,能在一定程度上减缓腐蚀的危害,使得材料寿命增加,设备安全运行得到保障。 Metal equipment,especially steel,are subject serious corrosion in hydrogen sulfide environment.Hydrogen sulfide can not only corrode the surface of steel,but also prompt the change of internal structure of steel,leading to the degradation of performance,and causing great economic losses and personal safety accidents.At present,the study on corrosion of steel by hydrogen sulfide is very popular.The corrosion type and corrosion mechanism of hydrogen sulfide on steel and the main factors affecting the corrosion of hydrogen sulfide were reviewed and protection measures were proposed for the steel equipment in hydrogen sulfide environment to reduce the harm of corrosion to some extent,improving the service life of materials and guaranteeing the safe operation of equipment.
