高校共青团改革背景下关于二级团校建设的思考——以中国石油大学(华东)控制科学与工程学院为例

在高校共青团改革的背景之下,学院聚焦二级团校工作的政治性、先进性、群众性,开展专题临时团支部建设、“探究式作业”等多项工作探索与实践,不断强化工作保障,推进课程体系的改革与创新,有效服务于基层团支部建设,实现二级团校“上接天线、中通实践、下连支部”,推进二级团校工作向深里走,向心里走,充分发挥铸魂、强体、固本的关键作用。

Under the background of the reform of the Communist Youth League of colleges and universities,our college focuses on the political,advanced,and mass nature of the work of the second-level league,carries out various work explorations and practices such as the construction of special temporary league branches and"inquiry-based operation"etc.,continuously strengthens work guarantee,promote the reform and innovation of the curriculum system,effectively serves the construction of grass-roots League branches,realizes the"connecting with the top guidance,practice,and the grass-roots branches",lets the work of the second-level League schools go deep to the hearts of people,and gives full play to the key role of guiding people's spirit,strengthening organization,and consolidating foundation.
