摘要
学生评教作为高校常态化工作,成为学校内部教学质量保障体系的重要环节。但是在实践中评教分数膨胀虚高,有效性备受质疑,教师、学生和管理者之间相互诟病。究其原因在于学生评教目的定位存在冲突、运行过程存在纰漏、指标体系不完善、结果缺乏有效的反馈和运用,问题解决的关键在于生成不同主体共同参与治理的学生评教机制,不同主体能够适时重新审视自己的观点和行为。
As a normal work in colleges and universities,student evaluation of teaching has become an important link in the internal teaching quality assurance system.However,in practice,teaching scores are inflated,and the effectiveness is questioned.Teachers,students and administrators are blaming each other.The reasons lie in the conflicts in the orientation of students'teaching evaluation purposes,errors in the operation process,imperfect index system,and the lack of effective feedback and application of the results.The key to solving the problems lies in the establishment of teaching evaluation mechanism with different subjects participating in the governance,and different subjects can timely review their own views and behaviors.
