摘要
全日制教育硕士在“双导师制”培养机制下,校外导师队伍整体质量与水平的高低对培养全日制教育硕士具有重要的影响作用。文章以广州大学专业型教育硕士点为例,了解全日制教育硕士校外导师队伍的现状,建设过程中存在的问题,探寻提升校外导师队伍水平的有效途径,为日后校外导师队伍的建设提供参考和借鉴。
Under the cultivation mechanism of"dual tutorial"system,the overall level of external tutors plays an important role in the cultivation of full-time education masters.This paper takes the professional education master's cultivation of Guangzhou University as an example to analyze the current situation and problems of the external tutor team of full-time education master's degree education,and explores ways to improve the level,so as to provide reference for the future construction.
