摘要
注重实践教学,培养应用型人才是应用型本科院校教育的一大特色,顶岗实习是旅游管理专业一个极为重要的实践性教学环节,在校企合作基础上进行旅游管理专业顶岗实习为应用型人才的培养提供了实现路径。本文以应用型本科院校海南热带海洋学院旅游管理本科专业2015级、2016级两个年级154名顶岗实习学生以及12家顶岗实习景区为调研对象,通过问卷调查和访谈,研究总结了实习景区的基本特征、景区对顶岗实习学生的评价、学生在顶岗实习景区的基本情况及满意程度,并提出了提升顶岗实习质量的对策。
Focusing on practical teaching and cultivating application-oriented talents is a major feature of application-oriented undergraduate education.Post internship is a very important practical teaching link of tourism management major.Carrying out the post internship of tourism management major on the basis of school-enterprise cooperation provides a realization path for the cultivation of application-oriented talents.In this paper,154 undergraduate tourism management majors of Hainan Tropical Ocean University and 12 scenic spots are investigated.Through questionnaire survey and interview,this paper summarizes the basic characteristics of the scenic spots,the evaluation of the students,the basic situation and satisfaction of the students in the scenic spots,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the quality of the practice.
