摘要
随着国家第三产业的迅速发展,社会对涉外烹饪从业人员提出了更高的要求,烹饪英语教学也无可厚非成为职业教育的重要专业。本论文主要是阐述烹饪英语教学应结合学生学习现状,根据学生培养目标的要求,坚持以生为本,以学生为出发点和立足点,积极构建科学、高效的教学模式与方法,以培养出优秀的实用型涉外烹饪工艺与营养的专业人员。
With the rapid development of the country's tertiary industry,the society has put forward higher requirements for foreign-related cuisine practitioners,and cooking English teaching is unquestionably an important major in vocational education.This paper mainly expounds that the teaching of cooking English should be combined with the current situation of students'learning,follow the requirements of students'training objectives,adhere to the student-oriented starting point and foothold,and actively build a scientific and efficient teaching model,so as to cultivate excellent practical foreign-related cooking technology and nutrition professionals.
