摘要
课堂管理在教学中起着非常重要的作用,对于不同类型学生的课堂管理既要遵循一些普遍原则,同时也要根据具体情况做出调整。本文以三种层次的对外汉语课堂为例,从课堂纪律,师生关系,对教学内容的干预度等方面探讨了不同课堂管理的差异性。
Classroom management is an important part of the teaching process.In teaching process,the educators will get in touch with different-type of students with different level of the ability.To deal with this situation,the educators not only need to follow the basic rules of teaching,but also should know how to adjust their teaching plan based on different students.This article,taking three different-level classes of Chinese-language teaching as an example,explores the difference of classroom management based-on the classroom discipline,the relationship between teachers and students,and the adjustment of their teaching stuff,etc.
