摘要
为了满足复合型应用人才的培养需求,针对《航空维修技术与管理》中的航空维修模块,从教学内容、教学方法改革与学生能力培养之间的关系入手,结合我校“管工结合”的办学特色,探讨教学内容和方法的改革与创新,为改善复合型应用人才的培养质量提供参考和借鉴。
In order to meet the needs of cultivating compound applied talents,and from the analysis of the relationship between teaching content and teaching method reform and students ability cultivation,the paper discusses the reform and innovation of teaching content and method for"Aviation Maintenance"module of Aviation Maintenance Technology and Management combined with the characteristics of"combining management with engineering"of our school.
