摘要
学生上课无法安心,教师讲课失去激情,这是大四课堂教学效果欠佳的普遍表现。为了保证教学质量的同时兼顾学生升学与就业,本文根据毕业选择和学习态度对学生聚类分析,在此基础上将“对分课堂”教学方法引入大四的课堂教学活动。并且在“以人为本,因材施教”的理念下面向不同类型的学生尝试提出了弹性化实施对分课堂的几点建议。
Students can't feel at ease in class,and teachers lose their passion in class.This is a very common phenomenon of poor teaching effect in senior class.In order to guarantee teaching quality,education and employment,this paper tries to do cluster analysis of students according to graduation choice and learning attitude,and applies PAD-class method to senior class.Moreover,some advice is given to revise PAD-class method.
