摘要
食品营养与检测专业是我院优质校专业群项目重点建设专业。专业经过十几年的发展形成了“三环紧扣、五项对接”的人才培养模式、“平台+模块”课程体系、“四模块、六环节”实践教学体系与“三衔接、五融入”职业素养体系,专业人才培养质量稳步提升。
The major of food nutrition and testing is one of the key majors in our school's high-quality specialty group project.After more than ten years of development,the major has formed the its talent training model,course system,practical teaching system,and the professional quality system of its own characteristics,which steadily improves the quality of professional talent training.
