加强实验教学中心管理提高实验教学质量策略研究

Strengthening the Management of Experimental Teaching Center and Improving the Quality of Experimental Teaching

本文以医学生物工程实验中心为例,阐明通过安全管理、运行管理、人员管理、教学管理、特殊事项管理等方面的改革,以及用加强安全宣传、培训考核等办法建立安全事故的应急预案、教学保障预案等,可达到促进相关学科实验教学效果的目的。最终形成以实验教学中心管理手段为核心,并能够提高实验课效果,增强本科生实验能力,提升实验教学质量的完整体系。

This article takes the Medical Bioengineering Experimental Center as an example to clarify that the purpose of promoting the experimental teaching effect of related disciplines can be achieved by reforming safety management,operation management,personnel management,teaching management,special matters management,establishing emergency plans of safety accidents,guarantee plans of teaching through strengthening safety publicity,training and evaluating.Eventually,a complete system is formed with the management method of the Experimental Teaching Center as the core,which can improve the effect of the experimental class,enhance the experimental ability of the undergraduates,and elevate the quality of the experimental teaching.
