公共卫生事件中网络次生舆论演化的应对策略研究

Research on the Coping Strategies of Internet Induced Public Opinion Evolution in Public Health Emergencies

网络的发展对信息的传播有着重要的影响,然而当突发公共卫生事件发生后,不同的信息充斥在网络环境中,网络次生舆论也随之产生。通过阐述公共卫生事件中网络次生舆论演化的发展现状以及其对社会所带来的影响,研究公共卫生事件中网络次生舆论演化的应对策略,提出构建预警机制,进行舆论实时监控,严惩造谣传谣、媒体实时跟进,采用多元化报道,引导舆论导向、政府积极领导,统筹各界力量,及时权威辟谣等措施,以期对谣言治理产生较好的影响。

The development of the Internet has an important impact on the dissemination of information.However,after the occurrence of public health emergencies,different information is flooded in the Internet environment,and Internet induced public opinions also arise.Through illuminating the development status of Internet public opinion evolution in public health emergencies and the impact on society,this study explored the research strategy of the Internet public opinion evolution in public health emergencies,and put forward to a series of measures,including:to build an early warning mechanism,the real-time monitoring of public opinion,and to severely punish the phenomenon of spreading rumors;to promote the media real-time follow up,to adopt diversified report and guide the direction of public opinion;to strengthen the active leadership of government,to coordinate the forces of all sectors and timely authority to refute rumors,etc.,so as to look forward to a better impact on rumor governance.
