摘要
为了了解新型冠状病毒肺炎流行期间医学在校生职业认同现状,并分析其影响因素,以期为疫情流行期间医学生的职业认同教育提供参考。2020年2月7-12日,采用问卷星网络调查方式,由西安市2所医学院校在校生填写一般资料及医学生职业认同调查问卷。采用SPSS25.0软件通过单因素和多元线性回归分析明确职业认同的影响因素。结果显示,职业认同调查问卷总分的平均分为(3.81±0.65)分,属于中上水平,其6个维度职业认知、职业情感、职业承诺、职业行为、职业期望和职业价值观的平均分分别为(3.27±0.64)分、(3.91±0.74)分、(4.09±0.82)分、(3.92±0.90)分、(3.87±0.73)分和(3.92±0.88)分。单因素分析结果显示,临床医学专业、性别、学历阶段、是否独生子女和高考志愿对职业认同总分有影响(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,性别、学历、是否独生子女、高考志愿和年龄是职业认同总分的影响因素(P<0.05),其中随着高考志愿强烈度下降、年龄增加、接触临床时间越长,职业认同总分呈下降趋势。因此,疫情流行期间,西安市医学生职业认同状况整体良好,还应通过各种方式加强对医学生的职业认同教育,教育内容也可适当侧重职业认知内容,以免影响医学生未来职业发展规划。
To understand the current status of professional identity of medical students during the COVID-19 epidemic and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide a reference for the professional identity education of medical students during the epidemic.From February 7 th to 12 th,2020,students from two medical colleges in Xi’an were asked to fill in the general social demographic data and the medical student professional identity questionnaire by online methods.Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to identify the influencing factors of professional identity by SPSS25.0 software.The results showed that the average score of the professional identity questionnaire was(3.81±0.65),which belonged to the upper-middle level.The average scores of the six dimensions of professional cognition,professional emotion,professional commitment,professional behavior,professional expectation and professional values were(3.27±0.64)(3.91±0.74)(4.09±0.82)(3.92±0.90)(3.87±0.73)and(3.92±0.88).Univariate analysis showed that clinical medicine major,gender,education stage,one-child or not and college entrance examination volunteer had influence on professional identity score(P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,education stage,one-child or not,college entrance examination willingness and age were the influencing factors of the total score of professional identity(P<0.05),among them,the total score of professional identity showed a downward trend with the decrease of the intensity of college entrance examination willingness,the increase of age and the longer time of clinical exposure.Therefore,during the epidemic,the overall status of medical students’professional identity in Xi’an was good,and various methods should be adopted to strengthen the training of medical students’professional identity education.Education content can also properly focus on occupational cognition content,thereby reducing the interference of the future career development planning of medical students.
