高龄女性人工受孕若干问题的伦理研究

Ethical Research on Some Problems of Artificial Insemination for Elder Women

随着经济飞速发展和医疗条件的改善,人们的生育观念有了巨大的改变,高龄不孕夫妻接受人工受孕的比例逐年升高。高龄女性进行人工助孕涉及复杂的伦理难题,包括高龄女性生育后代的权利与有利无伤原则的伦理冲突,高龄女性渴望后代的诉求与保护后代原则的伦理冲突,高龄女性生育年龄的延迟与社会公益原则的伦理冲突等问题。对此,应通过建立健全高龄女性人工受孕伦理审查、监督机制;加强生育知识宣传教育,提高公众生育意识等举措,达到减少高龄助孕风险、保护后代子女利益并节约社会卫生资源的目的。

With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of medical conditions,people’s concept of fertility has changed dramatically,and the proportion of elder infertile couples receiving artificial insemination has increased year by year.Artificial assisted pregnancy involving elder women involves complex ethical problems,including the ethical conflict between the rights of progeny and the harmless principle of elder women,the ethical conflict between the desire of the elder women and the principle of protecting the progeny,the ethical conflict between the demand of elder women for offspring and the principle of protecting offspring,the ethical conflict between the delay of the childbearing age of elder women and the principle of social welfare,etc.Therefore,these measures should be adopted,including:establishing and improving the ethical review and supervision mechanism of artificial insemination for elderly women;strengthening publicity and education of reproductive knowledge and raising public reproductive awareness,etc.,so as to reduce the risk of assisted pregnancy at an advanced age,protect the interests of offspring and save social health resources.
